  • Western Resource Advocates – Analysis of historic flows and environmental flow needs for various rivers in Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, and assistance in developing river protection strategies.
  • Colorado River Water Conservation District – Documentation of native fish benefits associated with District reservoir releases, to demonstrate consistency of proposed operations with River District storage rights.
  • ProNatura Mexico – Assistance preparing project proposals for land and water restoration activities, working with small communities in central Mexico.
  • Upper Colorado River Endangered Fish Recovery Program – In partnership with Grand River Consulting, LLC, development of a plan for re-evaluating instream flow recommendations for a key reach of the Colorado River.
    • American Institute of Hydrology – Assistance critically reviewing the validity of questions and answers on AIH exams to certify Surface Water, Groundwater, and Water Quality hydrology professionals.
  • Ambassador’s Water Experts Program – Technical support and introductory on-line training in river forecasting techniques for Azerbaijan’s Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (delivered through DOI’s International Technical Assistance Program).
